Plus, each cup of kale chips only contains approximately 34 calories. Moreover, kale is an excellent source of fiber, iron, potassium, beta-carotene and some B vitamins.


Recipe Cooking Instructions

  1. Wash and dry Kale
  2. Remove the stem from the kale
  3. Rip them into chip sizes
  4. Spray olive or coconut oil on them
  5. sprinkle with sea salt and whatever seasoning you like
  6. Bake for 15 min at 300 degrees
